How do I use the drops?
Spray 2 squirts (0.5mL) under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before each meal 3 times daily. Hold drops under the tongue before swallowing. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking drops. Do not exceed 3mL daily.
How do I use Maintain?
Adults take two (2) veggie capsules 2-3 times daily. For best results, take 30 minutes before each meal. Discontinue use if not well tolerated.
