How do I use the drops?
Spray 2 squirts (0.5mL) under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before each meal 3 times daily. Hold drops under the tongue before swallowing. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking drops. Do not exceed 3mL daily.
What are the key ingredients?
Green tea helps enhance energy production (thermogenesis) and in the maintenance of a healthy body weight when used in conjunction with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.
Gymnema helps suppress hunger and helps reduce sweet taste recognition on the tongue.
Do I need to exercise to lose weight?
It's not necessary, however if you currently exercise and your body is used to it, you can continue.
