This plan can help with weight loss when combined with our calorie-controlled diet and increased physical activity. Drops will last approximately 42 days and Pura 30 days if the 123Diet is followed correctly. 123Diet® drops feature an easy to use spray nozzle.

How do I use the drops?
Spray 2 squirts (0.5mL) under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before each meal 3 times daily. Hold drops under the tongue before swallowing. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking drops. Do not exceed 3mL daily.
How do I use Pura?
Take 2 veggie capsules in the morning with your first meal. If well tolerated, take 2 capsules with your first meal and 2 capsules with your last meal, daily until capsules are gone. Discontinue use if not well tolerated.
Do not exceed continuous use for more than 15 days. For optimal results, use only once every eight weeks. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
