Ingredients:
- 100g raw prawns
- 100g white fish
- 1 onion diced
- Punnet of cherry
- tomatoes halved
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Handful of chopped basil + extra to serve
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- Dried chilli flakes to suit
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1-2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp stevia
- Konjac noodles
- Cracked pepper
Salt to taste
Let's Cook:

- Fry onion & garlic with a bit of water until translucent.
- Add tomatoes and fry until
- soft. Add all other ingredients
- except prawns and noodles. Cook until reduced.
- Have a taste and adjust seasoning to suit.
- Add the prawns and cook until pink.
- Add noodles
